We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates. Depending on your order, we may occasionally partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

- Made-to-Order Furniture:Delivered within up to 3 weeks

Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to meet all committed delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Delivery Scheduling
To ensure convenience:
- Our team will contact you at least one day in advanceto confirm delivery.
- A 3-hour delivery windowwill be agreed upon.
- Installation servicesare included, where applicable.
Customer Responsibilities
To facilitate smooth delivery, we request your assistance with the following:
- Permits/Approvals:Please secure any necessary permissions from your building or community for delivery and installation.
- Access Verification:Ensure that the delivery area (doors, corridors, elevators, etc.) can accommodate the product dimensions.
- Staircase Access:If items need to be carried via stairs, kindly inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply. Please note, some large items may not fit through staircases depending on size and layout.
Delivery Restrictions
In compliance with UAE laws, Lamac does not offer products or services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Payment & Order Confirmation
- A detailed order confirmation and payment receiptwill be sent to your registered email address.
- In cases of multiple transactions, you may see multiple postings on your bank card statement.
Access & Site Conditions
Any delays or inability to complete delivery due to restricted access, narrow entrances, low ceilings, unsuitable lifts, or undisclosed site conditions will be the responsibility of the customer. Re-delivery or additional visits may incur extra charges.
Delivery Acceptance
Customers or their authorized representatives must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and accept the product. Once delivery is accepted and the team has departed, the delivery shall be considered complete.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or site inaccessibility, a re-delivery fee may apply. Storage charges may also be applicable if delivery is delayed beyond the agreed date.
Installation Scope
Installation includes standard placement and assembly only. Any special installation requirements, modifications, wall mounting, or electrical work (if applicable) are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Third-Party Deliveries
For deliveries handled by third-party logistics providers, delivery timelines may vary. While we coordinate closely with them, Lamac Living is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.
Product Handling After Delivery
Once delivered, Lamac Living is not responsible for any damage caused due to relocation, mishandling, or installation by third parties not appointed by us.
Force Majeure
Events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, supply chain disruptions, extreme weather, or regulatory restrictions, may impact delivery schedules and shall not be grounds for cancellation or compensation.
