1. Custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned
  2. Any issues found in the table needs to be reported immediately when the item is delivered. Problems reported later (after the team has left) will be addressed at an additional charge depending on the issue and delivery location.
  3. If you encounter any of the following issues with a product, we will provide prompt and case by case resolutions to ensure your satisfaction:
    • You received the wrong product.
    • The product is defective
    • The product arrived damaged.
  4. Any item if found damaged can be returned to the team on inspection, in this case the user will be sent a replacement or a store credit will be issued equal to the amount of the user’s order
  5. Every order leaving our warehouse is thoroughly inspected to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. If you receive a product that you believe is defective or damaged during shipping, please take and share photographs with us immediately. You also have the right to refuse the product if it is in such condition.
  6. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. Any request for cancellation prior to production will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative or design charges.
  7. Our furniture is crafted using natural materials such as marble, stone, wood, and veneer. Variations in color, grain, veining, texture, and pattern are natural characteristics of these materials and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return or refund.
  8. We are not responsible for delivery or installation issues arising from site conditions such as narrow access, staircases, elevators, ceiling heights, or structural limitations that were not disclosed prior to order confirmation. Any additional visits, modifications, or re-deliveries required due to site constraints will be chargeable.
  9. If the client is unavailable to receive delivery at the agreed time, storage charges may apply. Delayed acceptance does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
  10. Delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor issues, or governmental restrictions, shall not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund.
  11. Any damage caused after delivery due to handling by third parties (including movers, contractors, or installers not appointed by us) will not be covered under this policy.
  12. Any post-delivery service requests may be chargeable and will be assessed based on the nature of the issue and location.
  13. By placing an order with us, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  14. We reserve the right to cancel an order under any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to material unavailability, production constraints, or operational challenges. In such cases, any amount paid by the client for the cancelled order will be refunded in full through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, as applicable. This shall be considered full and final settlement, and no additional claims shall be entertained.
