Can I see the material before buying the product?
Yes. Lamac offers 2 free material samples across the UAE, so you can hold the finish against your floor, walls, and lighting before you commit. The samples are free, and you only pay a delivery charge, which depends on your location. The exact amount is shown at checkout when you order from our Free Sample page.
Can I customize the size and finish of a piece to suit my space?
Yes. Many pieces come in several finishes, and because we make furniture to order, the size can often be customized too. Send us your dimensions and the finish you want, and we’ll confirm what’s possible before production starts.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Made-to-order furniture is delivered within up to 3 weeks, while ready-made furniture typically takes 5–7 business days. The estimated delivery timeline for each product is listed on its product page.
What are the delivery charges, and is installation included?
Delivery charges range from AED 25 to AED 350, depending on the product, with the exact cost shown at checkout. Installation is included where applicable. We’ll call one day before delivery to confirm a convenient 3-hour delivery window.
Can I return or exchange my furniture?
Custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned. For other products, we resolve issues case by case if you receive the wrong item, a defective item or a damaged one.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Marble, travertine and wood are natural materials, so veining, grain and shade differ from slab to slab. That’s what makes each piece one of a kind, and it isn’t treated as a defect. If the exact tone matters (say, matching a floor or wall), order a sample first.
Do you offer a trade programme for interior designers and other professionals?
Yes. Lamac offers a trade community for interior designers, architects, home stylists, and other industry professionals. Eligible professionals can register with their trade licence to access exclusive benefits and trade perks for design projects.
Do you offer turnkey interior projects?
Yes. Lamac offers turnkey interior solutions, managing the project from design and furniture selection through customisation, production, delivery, and installation.
