Delivery Information
- Nationwide Delivery: Lamac delivers across the UAE, partnering with trusted logistics providers when needed; delivery charges range from AED 25 to AED 350 based on product category.
- Delivery Timelines: Made-to-order furniture is delivered within 3 weeks, while ready-made décor items arrive in 5–7 business days—specific timelines are noted on product pages.
- Scheduling & Installation: Deliveries are pre-scheduled with a 3-hour window and include installation services where applicable.
- Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure access, secure building permissions, and inform about stair access in advance—extra charges may apply for staircase deliveries.
- Order Confirmation & Restrictions: Order receipts are emailed upon purchase; deliveries are not available to OFAC-sanctioned countries, and delays due to uncontrollable circumstances are not Lamac’s liability.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
- Custom-Made Items: These are crafted to your specifications and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Product Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect your item during delivery. Report any issues immediately, as post-delivery concerns may incur additional service charges.
- Eligibility for Resolution: We offer case-by-case resolutions if you receive the wrong product, a defective item, or a product damaged during delivery. Clear photos are required for assessment.
- Quality Assurance: Every product undergoes thorough inspection before dispatch, but if damage occurs during transit, we are here to assist.
- Refund Process (Including GCC Orders): Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take up to 45 days to reflect in your account. For GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) customers, refund timelines may vary based on banking policies and international processing times.
